POSITION SUMMARY
The Operations Analyst will collect, research, and analyze data to support our Commercial, Retail, and Residential property teams. This role is instrumental in driving data-informed decisions by supporting the budget process, developing simulation models for process improvements, and implementing software and technology. It also provides analytics for accounts payable and receivable and assists with contract bidding and occupancy analysis.

The salary range for this position is $75,000 to $90,000 annually. Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline. It is uncommon for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on a variety of factors.
