  • Overview

    Summary:  Responsible for the planning, development and execution of high quality marketing materials to support campaigns, promotions and events consistent with our strategy and established image/market position.  Support the Senior Marketing Director, Residential in the execution of strategic marketing plans.


    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Strategically plan and manage the conception, design, budget, production and coordination of marketing activities and projects using both their own graphic skills and external third party agencies.  These activities may include: Promotional Programs; Signage; Brochures/ Flyers; Photography; Web Sites; Presentations; Proposal/Sales Packages; Advertising and E-mail/Direct Mail campaigns; Marketing Videos, social media, etc.
    • Track and analyze consumer data through lead analytics reports covering SEO, paid search and organic traffic. Provide marketing spend and placement recommendations based on the same.
    • Set up new properties in RENTCafe product lines as it relates to the marketing of units. (i.e. floorplan set up, ILS feeds, lead tracking, etc.)
    • Play a key role in developing and executing brand strategies for new residential property goals and
    • Develop and ensure consistent application of corporate brand standards across all residential properties
    • Creation of creative campaigns/development of design concepts
    • Innovate smart processes and programs for execution/deployment of campaigns/materials
    • Provide effective response to specific requests for analytics, presentations, collateral, environmental graphics, and other sales tools
    • Negotiate vendor and supplier contracts related to advertising and marketing
    • Support the leasing and operations team with on-site management/coordination of events 
    • Code and submit invoices for approval and payments
    • Manage and maintain electronic platforms including email systems, web platforms, etc.
    • Provide primary support for leasing materials; but will also provide graphic support as needed for other initiatives which could include investor relations, awards submissions, employee communications, industry related events, etc.
    • Prepare marketing budgets and reforecasts for all residential properties on an annual basis


    Qualifications and Skills Required for Position: Someone with 3-5 years of multifamily residential marketing experience including development and stabilized projects. Ability to effectively interact with internal and external team members.  Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously

    • Must have strong strategic thinking and analysis skills
    • Desire and ability to lead staff
    • In-depth understanding of residential real estate industry
    • Must be creative thinker with strong decision making skills
