    Job Summary:

    Responsible for developing, implementing and managing the digital presence for the residential portfolio of 24+ communities to promote the communities and their services.  Enhance brand awareness within the digital space and drive prospects and leasing efforts to the properties.  Oversight of digital marketing efforts that help achieve optimal leasing and financial performance within the portfolio of properties.


    Job Responsibilities:

    1. Plans and executes digital marketing including SEO, SEM, social media and email for the residential portfolio.
    2. Creates digital advertising campaigns and assists with ad creation.
    3. Maintain and optimize social media presence for the residential properties.
    4. Measure and report key performance metrics of all campaigns.
    5. Responsible for content creation and planning on social media channels and administering contests for our on-site team members to encourage participation.
    6. Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on those insights.
    7. Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners.
    8. Develop and execute strategies and measure conversions.
    9. Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.


    Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

    • 3-5 years of professional experience in digital marketing required. 
    • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
    • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools. 
    • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and WordPress. 
    • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
    • Four-year degree in marketing or business and/or equivalent experience is preferred
    • Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to develop and manage marketing and advertising campaigns, and to create and make presentations to managers, stakeholders, and other team members. 
    • General understanding of the industry, including the processes associated with creating traffic, leasing, and other activities that drive occupancy. 
    • Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint.
    • Demonstrated ability to use the internet for communicating, marketing, and advertising purposes, including using Craigslist, social media, listing sites, e-mail, and other communication and advertising tools. 
    • Proficiency in managing multiple priorities simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and working with minimal direction or supervision. 
    • Employment history that demonstrates the application and usage of a marketing or administrative background sufficient to coordinate and support portfolio-wide marketing and advertising initiatives and programs.
