A qualified candidate may be of any background but must demonstrate an ability to understand a wide variety of businesses/industries, possess strong communication skills, and be highly driven/self-motivated. Experience with any kind of sales, marketing or client services would be a plus.

Team Player. You work well with others and are focused on achieving the goals of the group. You are less concerned about who gets the credit, just that the task gets accomplished.
