The Manager, SEC Reporting will assist in the preparation and review of internal and external reporting documents including, but not limited to: Quarterly Reports on Form 10-Q, Annual Reports on Form 10-K, quarterly supplemental information packages and quarterly internal management reporting. The Manager, SEC Reporting will also be responsible for drafting accounting policies and accounting pronouncement memos, and assisting with the Company’s SOX compliance process. This individual will work in collaboration with both internal and external auditors. The Manager, SEC Reporting will supervise the SEC Analyst, which includes reviewing work performed by the Analyst, providing guidance and allocating work appropriately.
