Internship - Undergraduate - Investments (Spring Semester and Summer Interns)

* We are seeking Undergraduate Spring Semester and Summer Intern Candidates


Investments Interns perform detailed analysis on existing operating and development opportunities. They will cover a broad array of product types including residential, office, hotel, retail and mixed-use. Primary responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with asset management and development teams to devise and implement property-specific business plans
  • Support investment managers during major capital events such as refinance, recapitalization and sale
  • Prepare long term financial forecasts and perform cash flow analysis


Investments Interns will be expected to help organize various divisions across the company (development, asset management, senior management, etc.) and prepare quantitative and qualitative analyses.


The Investments Intern role will provide a valuable opportunity to (i) deepen analytical and financial modeling skills, (ii) develop real estate valuation skills, (iii) gain exposure to many commercial properties types, and (iv) interact with various team across the firm, including acquisitions, development, and asset management.


We are seeking rising undergraduate seniors with exceptional academic records, superior financial skills, proficiency with Microsoft Excel, and strong attention to detail, and excellent written and oral communication skills. Candidates should be entrepreneurial with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a variety of teams.
