The Resident Assistant is an integral part of the team whose main objective is to focus on creating a hassle-free living experience for our community residents. It’s important that the employee in this position anticipates customer needs and assists proactively. With local knowledge and insights, the Resident Assistant will also work to enhance customer experiences, making their time at the community and the surrounding neighborhood much more enjoyable.
Work Schedule (Saturday-Sunday 1:00pm - 9:00pm)
Enhance the resident experience by creating and maintaining a warm, inviting, hassle-free and professional environment.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from clients, customers, and the public.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Other Skills and Abilities
Ability to operate basic office equipment such as copier, fax, computer, typewriter, calculator, and telephone.
