Successful candidate will have 8-10 years of relevant experience in retail design, construction or tenant coordination role, negotiating work letters in mixed use urban developments and existing buildings. Candidate will have a project list of at least 25 completed tenant deals in which they have been negotiating the work letter, budgeting tenant requested changes, managing tenant’s design milestones and reviewing and approving tenant improvement reimbursements. Candidate will have a collaborative nature and will be a self-starter, which are characteristics essential to fitting in well at JBG SMITH Properties.
