Marketing Administrator

US-MD-Chevy Chase


Support the marketing and communications team with various marketing projects and general administrative duties.  The marketing team consists of the SVP, three senior marketing directors and three marketing managers


Marketing Administration

  • Responsible for general administrative duties including; timesheet management, meeting coordination and set-up, expense report coordination, invoice tracking, etc.
  • Code marketing department invoices and track payment.
  • Process project billbacks from timesheets.
  • Assist with corporate marketing budget management including monthly variance reporting.
  • Track marketing department orders and assist with vendor management.
  • Assist with special projects including, but not limited to; eblast distribution, contact database management, press release distribution, website updates, Intranet updates, photography management and organization.
  • Coordination of marketing functions including management of agencies and related vendors.
  • Other duties as needed


Someone with 2+ years of relevant experience.  Ability to effectively interact with internal and external team members and contacts. BA or BS degree required.

  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Must have strong intrapersonal skills
  • Must have strong organization skills
  • Must be a strong communicator
  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) a plus
